  I needed help really bad with my student loan debt. Things got really bad and I was unable to keep up with my payments with all that's been going on the past year and even prior to these past 12 months it has been a struggle. I finally reached out to Freedom Loan Resolution and man I should have done it a long time ago. They helped so much. I am really upset I waited, but glad I finally called. I don't do a lot of reviews but thought this may help someone else and we could all use some help. Time to pay if forward and tell people about the good too, everyone hears someone complain everyday including me I do it too, but today I want so share my gratitude. Thanks Freedom LRS.

  I was a little skeptical at this whole process and a call from out of the blue. But Jae took care of me and took the time to answer all my questions. We'll see how it plays out. If the information of what he was saying from fedloans is true, shame on them and the gov for letting this happen. No wonder our generation is SOL. Anyways, thank you Jae. Give him a raise please!

  Thank you Freedom Loan for helping me get debt relief on my student loans. All of my loan paperwork was so confusing because of the different loans that I have and inevitably I would miss a payment or two each month because I didn't know which loan was due when. The representative I worked with understood my needs and was responsive to all my questions and helped me consolidate my student loans.

  This company contacted my mother yesterday in reference to my federal student loans, which have nothing to do with her or her financials. Alex asked her for her date of birth, social security number, and tried to obtain my FSA ID from her. He was pushy and insisted she had a limited amount of time to get that information to her in order to qualify for student loan forgiveness. He emailed immediately after asking if she had obtained my FSA ID yet and sent her a link to the FSA website to recover my user name and password, and their customer support number. This was followed by him saying ‘If you would like to avoid the hassle above, simply call me directly and I can gladly assist on your behalf. Due to program deadlines, this is extremely urgent and time sensitive.’ I was suspicious so I tried to login to my FSA account and found I was locked out. I called them and explained the weird phone call and email and was told it was a scam. I had to have my account reset. I have no idea if they were trying to hack into my account but the password I have been using for years suddenly didn’t work yesterday. I also do not know how they obtained my mother’s information but thankfully she didn’t give them the information they were asking. Never trust a company that cold calls you and asks for your date of birth and social security number over the phone. Be wary of these people.

  They helped my daughter and son with there student loans ! Went from paying over $900 a month to $300. I called the department of education and everything is going great just the way they explained. Thank you guys for all your customer service and help! Huge relief!

  Thanks to Freedom Loan Resolution I was able to consolidate my student loans and get my payment reduced which has been a major help during COVID-19.
