  Frank and his team were excellent. I'm in the RE investment market and Frank/Guaranteed Rate were able to underwrite and close 5 loans on same day... they needed to be done simultaneously to meet FM/FM guidelines. In addition, they were in multiple states. Since my returns / self employment creates lots of issues, Frank was able to get it done. I can also mention his support staff--processors/underwriters/closers are all in sync and were accessible by phone. Amazing how great the service with. Underwriting approved in 48 hours, the online application portal was straight forward and most important, the loans closed and on time. I highly recommend Frank and Guaranteed Rate.

  Frank and his team at Guaranteed Rate helped my wife and I twice! Once with our original loan and again a few days later on our refinance. First off- Frank is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and really takes his time to understand the individual needs of each of his clients. I had a ton of questions and he answered every one of them. Our refinance had a couple of hiccups and instead of giving up- Frank and his team worked with us through every obstacle and delay so that we could get the rate we wanted. On top of all of that- we were purchasing an entry level property and the team at Guaranteed Rate treated us like we were buying a mansion. I felt like we were a priority. Not only would my wife and I recommend Frank and Guaranteed rate- we used them twice ourselves! Do yourself a favor and let them help you so you can see for yourself.

  Working with Frank and his team was amazing. The housing market specifically in California is not an easy thing to navigate and his team enabled us to worry about one less thing. They helped us navigate putting in 2 dozen offers on homes all while making sure they checked rates for us on a daily to make sure we were capturing the best possible rates for our family. Their teams communication was top notch. I highly recommend him and they will certainly be our first call if we go back to the market for any future purchases
