  The staff here are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I am greeted with a genuine smile as soon as I walk in the door. I'm in the process of getting a loan and the loan officer is very helpful and supportive. He has walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He answered all of my questions in a way that I could easily understand. The lot outside is clean and the landscaping is well maintained. In the winter the lot and sidewalks are sufficiently salted and safe to walk on. The lobby inside is clean and tastefully decorated. The chairs are comfortable to sit in if you have to wait for any reason. Refreshments are offered and available. The tellers are friendly and are able to move quickly. If a line forms people from the offices will one out and assist at the windows.

  I really love this bank. I am a Girl Scout leader and we have our troop account here and they help us all the time with the best service. They also gave my troop a tour of the bank and talked to them about finances, it was great.

  Don't expect to deposit funds after hours, they don't supply envelopes as you will have to bring your own. And you can't add external accounts to online bank account either. If possible I would give zero stars ⭐.

  Incredibly slow compared to the other branches. I always have to wait in line because there is only one or two tellers working. Extremely frustrating.
