  I set up a checking account with Kortney at the Park Falls location. She was very professional, nice, and always had a smile on her face. The building is absolutely beautiful!

  Breann and Kelly are always very helpful. I'm glad you are closed on Saturdays. Why don't you try to consolidate Checking and Savings statements in one envelope. I am old and have very little internet service so I still need paper statements. Thank you.

  The New PF facility...Gorgeous! Highly functional state of the art banking at its best...both bricks n mortor and online... Excellent service either way.

  I am very disappointed with Forward Bank's open communication with its customers. Online it says that their lobby is open until 4:30 p.m. I arrived at their Downtown location at 4:10 p.m. to complete a transaction. I was met with locked doors and no signs hanging indicating that their lobby is closed permanently and open only for prearranged appointments. It also did not indicate that their South location's lobby (this location) is only open 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. When I drove around back, their drive-thru was closed and they had cars parked in the lanes. This South Bank location's lobby hours are also not accurate and there was no mention that their Downtown location's lobby was closed permanently. This should be made more aware online for customers. Due to the lack of communication, I am very happy that I only have limited banking through them as I would not choose to do general banking here if this is how they respect their customer's time.

Unfortunately, on Google Business we are not able to indicate a difference between lobby or drive up hours or if an appointment is needed. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.   This place does not honor there account holders checks. I had a payroll check from work. My work banks with First National Bank. I took the check in to cash it and they refused.

  Love them have a savings account there always helpful when i call with questons im out of state but vacation in the area
