      This bank is alright I guess. The check cashing policy is a freakin joke!!! It takes like 15 days or something like that to approve funds to clear in account!! What a joke!! Tellers are ok to deal with. They could be a little nicer.

      I just got my loan at the noblesville branch and worked with Mateland Keith. He was very professional as well as personable which made the whole process easy and fun.       After making on time payments on my auto loan I tried to get the loan refinanced to get a lower payment. I was of course denied. 2 days later I have the loan refinanced somewhere else with a lower interest rate and I save $210.00 a month on my payments. And I got Gap insurance and an extended warranty with the new loan. Goodbye Forum.

      My husband and I have banked here our entire marriage and had separate accounts before getting married. They are so great, excellent rates AND customer service.
