  The tellers and other staff are some of the nicest and most helpful people in banking! In a day and age where people don’t want to give you the time of day, they actually get to know you and your name. I’ve always been greeted with a smile. And they still have a coin counting machine which is free for members! These things are getting hard to find, so it’s a great perk! I highly recommend Forum CU for your banking needs, and if you’re in the Avon area, you should definitely get to know the great folks at the Avon branch!

  Was paid with a check from here, I don’t have an account at Forum, not only did the girl from the office pull me out of the line to cash the check but they didn’t charge a fee since I wasn’t a member. A1 stuff!

  I've been a customer with Forum Credit Union since 1976. I plan to get my grandson an account there next week. I hope it goes as well as it has for me. Its been 45 years and anytime I've had a problem it's been solved professionally and quickly.

  I liked the bank at first but since my husband joined the Army its been absolute garbage. Im never able to access our account, and our account keeps getting locked for no reason. They kept reporting my card as stolen, even when I told them I would be out of state for X amount of time. I was denied at a hotel then tried to contact them, and I couldn't so I had to sleep in my car. They're making military life harder by not having a 24/7 call center and even in the middle of the day I cannot get a hold of them. Im 100% done with this bank, they are not helpful and completely useless. Never again will I use their services.

  Had debit card fraud happen to me last week and Forum refuses to do an investigation because my wife had access to my account info and card. First of all, she's my wife!! Secondly, I am legally blind so she has to have access to pay our bills and such. Happy freaking birthday to me..Im out over a $1000. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 17 YEARS and this is how I get treated. I wouldn't give you any stars if that was an option. There are laws to protect innocent people from fraudulent activity. BBB complaint next.

  For the covid lockdown, wait times have been astronomical. Typically forum would have 1 or 2 lanes open and their lobby with three tellers handling customers efficiently. Now they must have 1 teller for three lanes and the same amount of business. Forum is really putting the screws to their customers.

  Great personal service, great fees on loans, however ATM is always down and don't have a 24 call service. Not having the call service would have left me stranded if I was by myself

  Been with them since 1965 when they were Telco Credit Union located in Chamber of Commerce building on N. Meridian St.
