  My mortgage broker Cathy Li is very professional and effective. We applied our mortgage with other bank at first, but they were slow and asked too much paperwork. Then we went to Cathy at Fortune Mortgage. The seller required our loan to be closed in less than three weeks. Cathy was very effective and had our loan closed on schedule.

  Yunxin provided my partner and I with excellent service in purchasing our first home. She answered all the questions we had with our first purchase, was timely, and able to get back to us quickly when we had to provide offers quickly due to the bidding during the pandemic.   Mike is an outstanding partner! He made refinancing easy for us by being easily available and quick to answer our questions. We also shopped around a bit but Mike was able to get the best rate, it wasn’t particularly close either. Highly recommend working with FMC!

  Han Wang is the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly mortgage broker I have ever had. From March 2020 through January 2021, Han has helped me refinance my two properties twice. The first time we closed a cash-out refinance in May 2020 and the second round was just refinance because the interest rates had dropped further since our previous refinance. Han has kept close contact with me and periodically informed me of evolvement of interest rates. I am deeply impressed by her knowledge and her patience. Whenever I had questions regarding loan terms, closing costs and the requirements of supporting documents, she would always answer me with clear explanations. All in all, it has been a very pleasant and successful experience getting help from Han with two rounds of refinances. I would highly recommend Han to my friends who need mortgage loans.
