  Before finding Fortifi Bank, I was at a big bank. I didn't realize what a real, mature, caring bank relationship was - or what it could do for my family. I've been with them for more than 7 years now and in that time, lost both my parents and a grandparent. Through every life event, their team has walked me through every step - educating me along the way. My new adventure starts soon, buying a business, and just like on the personal banking side, their business bankers are absolutely wonderful. At Fortifi, your not just a number. The employees know you and your financial picture and are always looking for ways to help you save money or make money, save time or make things more convenient.

  Horrible experience. We arrived at 8 AM when they were supposed to be open, waited in 15 minutes for them to actually open. Once we were finally greeted we were told it would be another 10 minutes before we could get our money. We had things to do today and were actually late to an appointment because of it. Very dissapointed with the service I have received here, today especially, but this isn't the first time I've had bad service here.
