      My family and I opened accounts here and were flat out lied to when told the credit check was soft. It isn't. It dings your credit and stays on your record. We are constantly locked out of our online accounts and having to call customer service to reset it. The customer service people are nice enough, I will give them that, but this bank is total crud. It's not FDIC insured either if that is something that gives you piece of mind. Thankfully I've only had a few trips into the actual location and although I've never had issues other than the above, I have first hand witnessed a teller being snarky and condescending to an elderly gentleman because he was refusing to use online services for something and just wanted an answer. The only reason we have this one currently still is because it's local and we don't want to fight the hassle of signing with another bank, when we are here temporarily. We are just keeping it along with our national branch bank for convenience.

      I am deployed and this credit union is garbage. I am currently on hold with this f**k place right now. Been on hold for 40 minutes I have to utilize a morale phone and am taking up time of others while being on hold. They have 4 branchs Inot lawton but only have one phone number for ALL branchs. I can't shop online without them cutting my card off. I can't pay bills either. I have to call them first to get authorized to spend my own money! Switching as soon as I return from deployment!
