  Its impossible to reach anyone by phone. Transactions over $500 are constantly declined, though you ask them not to be. Been a member for 20 years, but that stops this week

  Every time we come here, we’re treated very bad. The Manager is the main one that has very poor customer service. Have you ever had someone laugh in your face after looking at your bank account? Cos they do that here. Very unprofessional. Something tells me if we had more money in our account, they wouldn’t do that and we’d be treated very different. If I was able to give -5 stars, I would.

  It's 2019 and they still don't open until 9am I don't even let my kids sleep in that late... An I can't get a small loan because of my medical bills I've had the same job for 5 year's I even own land plus my vehicles
