      Would give 0 stars went to do a night deposit of 240 at the ATM and it took 40 dollars of money and the bank shows now record of me using my card when I'm on camera at the ATM at the bank and than they want to straght up call me a lire and the ATM ate my bank card as well

      I would give a negative rating if Google had it. I see why focus bank has a low rating. Focus took sides with a company that stole money out of my account on a unauthorized draft I canceled days earlier. They believedvthe company with false documentation over my true bank account. I canceled straight days earlier before draft. The same day straight talk took draft anyway unauthorized I had AT&T account started. But focus bank took sides with straight talk false documents. If I had 2 phone bills on one phone number that should be proof enough that straight talk screwed me over. And now focus bank screwing me over also by giving lying straight talk the money back. I would advise not to do business with focus bank or straight talk. They both did me wrong. I will be pulling my account and I was getting ready to add my small business account. But not now. I even had a friend planning on going to focus bank but not now. I will tell everyone I know how focus bank screwed me over and believe false documentation from a business over one of there own customers. I give focus bank a negative score.
