FNBO - First National Bank of Omaha Reviews

Page Ferguson1Sarah always treats me poorly. I'm use to it tho, being a mixed race female. I really know it's because of how I look physically. The first time i dealt with her a couple years ago, i had to literally tell her multiple times to stop talking to me as i was walking away. I raised my voice because she followed me across the bank to the teller. It's discrimination. I just wish she would have a better attitude for once. She also pretends she doesn't know who I am. Yet can address me by my first name. Other than that, everyone else here is nice. I really enjoy Deb and any other teller, they never shame me or make me feel bad. Literally every time I have to deal with Sarah she makes it a hard time then smiles when other people get involved.

Althea Rehfeldt2I have banked at first national for 30+ years after my parents opened an account for me when I was young. Have always had great experiences and no complaints until recently. This is the first review I have ever posted in my life and felt the need as my voice was not being heard. I have never felted so disrespected after going through the drive thru and dealing with a new teller I have never met. Worst of all the bank manager was standing right there and thought nothing of how I was treated. When I spoke with Sarah, the branch manager, she proceeded to tell me that I was in the wrong and the customer service was appropriate. Since I am not a naturally negative person I must end this with a shout out to the amazing long term employees like Debora and Brad who are always so kind and treat you like family

Xavier Pavlis1I am not one to write reviews but I have never been this livid with a company. I began banking with First National Bank of Omaha a month ago and have only made one deposit to my account 3 days ago. After meeting with a teller, I have found that this deposit was LOST. I am now a hungry college student for another day. Supposedly, I will be able to access these funds tomorrow which I will be withdrawing and closing my account. I am utterly shocked by the performance of this “bank.”
Response from the ownerOh No! Xavier, we regret our service has not met your expectations. We want to look into your account. Can you please contact us at 605-995-1226 or [email protected]?

Sandra Ruml5Been a customer since 1972, people are always helpful with questions about my account, my debit card or credit card I have through them. I love the online banking and being able to do so much on computer or phone without running 20 miles to town.
Response from the ownerThank you for the five star review, Sandra. We appreciate our long time customers and their loyalty!

Droz Henbane5Great full service bank. 17 years with them, and I really can't complain. In house insurance rates are competitive, when they say no hassle checking they mean it. They recognize me as a human, and not just another account number. The only real issue I had with them was resolved quickly, and professionally on an executive level.

Jeremy Zwetzig1They make sure when your down you stay down, no matter the situation or if your deposits aren’t available for an extra day for some reason even though it’s in there they will charge you $33 for return $33: for overdraft then when I know I have deposit coming to clear account they make sure to charge another fee, tried asking for a little breathing room and to forgive a fee especially when this bank was happy to give out 15k in credit cards ( but wouldn’t do a personal loan, at lower rates) also can’t get overdraft protection cuz credit dropped due to unfortunate events, really expect to be kicked when your down by this bank , they don’t care about community or businesses in need of a little help, like forgiving a simple fee
Response from the ownerOh no! Jeremy, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your recent experience. You’re a valued customer and we would like the opportunity to change your opinion of us. Can you please contact us at 605-996-7755 or [email protected]?
