  Aweful lazy unprofessional staff ! Has to be the worse bank in this town. Management yells at employees and customer's. Low class people low quality service

  Was a customer of 1st National for 10+ years, as a mentally disabled person I have had my ups and downs with the Bank. I felt as though I was pushed to the utter edge by the Bank Manager there and her staff. As a Disabled Veteran I feel I was treated unfairly and would recommend another financial institution where they put the customer 1st.

  Love the Friendly welcoming faces that greet you when walking in. The sense of humor and wit the people that help you have make you feel right at home . The space is always clean sunny and makes you want to come back

  I’ve had my accounts here for years and never had an issue but the attitude on some of the new employees is horrible Plus don’t ask how I want my money back if every time I ask for big bills you give me small bills. Just stop asking if you’re going to do whatever you want anyway... so annoying

  Amazing people, great care, and always a bright atmosphere. Been banking at the Johnstown location for 11 years, and I don't plan to change!

  I could only go three stars for FNB Johnstown. Good bank, convenient, however the attitude is pretty thick in there. I wonder if they beat their employees when nobody's looking.
