  I opened my account because of the good reviews, but I had two bad experiences. First I applied for a personal loan and only got a return on the application 2 weeks later. The second problem was FNBO asked a co-signer to approve my personal loan. My wife went with me to the bank and we authorized it, they made a new application without my knowledge, they didn't accept it again, even though they told me I only needed a co-signer. Terrible service for me, especially not having a decent return.

  Great atmosphere. Very courteous and helpful. I'm moving from Cobalt (SAC) FCU to First National Bank because Cobalt's (SAC's) customer service has gone down the drain. Once they built their ivory tower on 370 their customer service rapidly declined. First National is consistently better!

  I know they have been gone a bit but when Brandon M and Isabel were the bankers down here they were rockstars! Always took the time to talk and would do everything they could to get the best outcome for me. I hope they are both still doing well within the bank.
