  They personally filled out my direct deposit slip from work for me. When time for the money to come through came....nothing. The lady had put the wrong account number. So now my electric and water are getting shut off today because the payment agreements i made with them for today have defaulted. I called them and there is "nothing they can do" even though they know the funds are there since the branch manager called me and told me she had found the deposit in their rejection file.
