  My personal information was shared by Flagstar Holding Corp. with a 3rd party company Accellion who had a data breach. My SS#, name, DOB and address have been stolen. I haven't had an account w/ Flagstar Holding Corp for 2 years and that acct was sold to them by my previous bank. Credit monitoring is being offered for 2 years when this will be an ID theft concern forever. “Owner” I don’t use either one of those platforms.

  We have established a call center dedicated to handling inquiries related to this incident. The call center can be reached at 855-907-0446 Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET. and this Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  Usually a very quick experience. Only had one actually nice person as a teller ever. This location is bad for business, doesn't operate until the scheduled time, very vague on descriptions if help is needed.

  Everything good so far. I do wish I could deposit cash at the ATM though. Apparently it only sometimes works

  Trash. I walked in and they wouldn't give me eye contact. I waited a good 8 minutes. No one said a word to me, again not even eye contact. I went there to get a savings account and left not having one. TRASH

  ATM never works. Doesn't say out of order. Waits till cards in, information inputted and then says unable to process transaction. ATM has even ate my card and a deposited check. Bank did nothing to help.
