  Helped me open my business account , always great service at this location , although I can't say the same about the ford rd location . Ford rd location is terrible !

  They corrected my error from the Ford Road branch and gave me a working card also told me to ho to the atm to make sure my card worked. Excellent service.

  Please please please do not get a Mortgage here. You might get burned like we did. See my review at the corporate location. Worst bank I've dealt with and they don't ALLOw you to talk to the President. They made a miscalculation on my Mortgage now I owe $4500 for escrow shortage! Save yourself grief, sadness and severe frustration and a law suit! This bank does not care about u!

  been with flagstar for 10+ years they lost me as a customer... nothing against the westland branch its more of the fact how i drive a semi and am gone for for months then come home to a charge for being in the negative.... if im not home to get mail why is sending mail your ONLY option in a form of contact because its screwed me two times now... NO THANKS

  Twice, I ran into an "ATM" glitch, where my deposit (cash) didn't "register ". Flagstar has to manually transfer the money back to my account, but it took 5 day to 7 days each time. keep all receipts at the atm.
