  I had just driven 60 miles to this bank after opening a checking account 5 days earlier. The service was great and professional. My business was handled promptly and fully. Great!

  Brian was just great, very friendly, welcoming, great at explaining things, seemed very down to earth and kind. I was up there on a work trip and had no choice but to open an account and he made me happy to be banking with Flagstar. Gave some great tourism tips as well! Thanks again!

  Would like to give a great review. If you are ever in need of a personal banker at this branch request for Ben's assistance. Ben went above and beyond. Ben has great customer service skills. He really helped my husband and I with our banking needs. Thank you Ben, we will always come to you and feel welcomed. If you didn't work there we would have closed our accounts.

  This bank attempted to fill the gaping hole left after Wells Fargo packed up, and totally dropped the ball. Non-functioning apps, long call wait times, operators that claim they've made the requested changes to your account but they are never implemented. It as though they are making a conscious effort to be WORSE than Wells Fargo. That's tough to do, but it appears it might be the only thing they're good at. S'long!

  Worst bank EVER! You will wait a minimum of 20 minutes doing ANYTHING on the ATM. Not open Saturdays. Barely open weekdays. You can tell the staff hate their jobs. Please just do everybody favor and leave town so a real bank can take your place.

  Too many little fees. Not Open on Saturday. ATM is constantly broken or otherwise down. $10 a month Just for a Savings Acct. We are changing Banks. Enough is Enough.

  Never got my debit card, can't access my online account, and flagstar decided to do a transfer from my PayPal account to my bank account WITHOUT my approval. Avoid this bank.

  Opened up a successful business account and corporate closed my account and couldnt give me a reason. I am highly considering a law suit.
