      All but one teller needs retraining. I cannot wait 20 minutes for only 1 person in front of me and a drive thru teller who only seems to address drive thru and talks to the woman in the office between cars.

      DO NOT OBTAIN A COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE THROUGH THIS BANK! I do not understand their statements at all. Every month the interest payment should decrease as the principal balance decreases. The rate is fixed, but one month the interest amount is significantly higher than the previous month (nearly three hundred dollars more). How can this be? I have run an amortization schedule for this loan and the numbers are quite different. When I call to ask for information, no one bothers to call back. I am at the point where I am simply going to file a complaint with the Federal Reserve. Can't pay off this loan for the first five years without paying a penalty, but you can bet we will be refinancing immediately after that five years is up.

      Went to pay taxes today and their lobby is closed, funny thing is i was just in home depot and walmart across the street and they are open as normal. If they can't stay open then just close down and the school district needs to find another option to pay taxes.
