  Would put negative stars if I could. Lady ar front did not know her job. Deposited check then would not give me my money which was actually for an Eagle Scout Project!

  They've treated me very well and with respect. I went in last year looking for a car loan after being turned down repeatedly by banks due to my less than stellar credit. This location made me feel valued and got me setup with the car I wanted within weeks. I unfortunately had to claim the vehicle as a total loss a couple of months later however I was able to locate an even better vehicle and they got me another loan the same day I told them my intentions. I am very pleased with this credit union and closed my bank accounts that were over ten years old to new accounts at this location. The employees here are genuine and will do everything possible to help you achieve your financial goals.

  Been a customer for a couple years. We are happy with them. No complaints. Love their hours of operation and the fact that they are in Walmart which makes it very convenient. Sometimes the tellers can have an attitude, but for the most part they are always helpful and friendly.

  The ladies are always so nice and friendly, whether you have an account with 5 County or not! They are always going the extra mile, always smiling and cheerful! I think they are one of the best branches that 5 County has!!

  I think if i had more in my accounts they may be nicer there are a couple good teller couple who seem to have bad attitude towards me but i really like the hours going to keep using them and hope i have good luck with five county

  Have had acct there for many years. The ppl that work here are very kind and considerate. I've never had a problem

  I think they need better training for their employees cause I have only dealt with one of them who always knew what to do and the others have attitudes Edit:has gotten better sense and the only issue I have now is it doesn't seem like there is always enough people there to handle to lines

  Easy to get to and I can do my shopping in the same building.

  After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the woman at the counter told me she couldn't help me and had an attitude about it. Will never go there again. Worst experience ever.
