From the moment I stepped into the door and was welcomed by every banker behind a grey & red seat with a warm smile and a genuine "Hello"...I knew this was my branch. Jennifer was beyond exemplary in her service & niceness. She handled a issue I had been trying to solve for nearly a year and a half with two other branches...in one sitting. My trip to the bank was fast and courteous. I always receive the best service at this bank and will be a Firstrust bank customer for life and the bankers here only make it better! I completely recommend that you come to this branch for any and all of your banking needs. Thank so much!

Deborah Kiesel1Is it possible to give “negative stars?” I’ve been a customer with a couple accounts for a few years. I wanted to open a new account. I did so online however I had to visit Flourtown branch to complete signature cards. There were 3 employees and only one working. I waited 45 minutes, despite making an appointment, to sign a paper and never once did I feel confident that anything was done correctly. I plan to close all my accounts ASAP

John Rosenau5I scheduled an appointment with the Flourtown branch on Sunday through email. Monday morning I received a reply email from Jennifer asking to be more specific about my request. We had another set of emails, and my request was handled without me being physically at the branch, Jennifer was very helpful, I look forward to meeting her to personally thank her.

Lynn Giordano5Today I had an in-person visit to the Firstrust Branch on Bethlehem Pike in Flourtown and it was a big relief to settle a problem check that needed to be deposited. I had been depositing my checks by using my phone app and taking photos. Then my cellphone decided to shut down when I tried to make a deposit and I could not get the app to work again. I had already endorsed it as a mobile deposit and I was stuck with it. I found it easier than I thought it would be to make an online appointment and I got one mid-afternoon for the next day! Jennifer wrote to me and asked what I needed help with and this morning Jennifer called me to check if she could research anything ahead of our meeting so that everything could go smoothly. I was surprised when I was greeted at the door by a man who looked familiar but difficult to know for sure because of the mask and muted voice. It turns out that it was Lewis who had been of help to our family on many, many occasions at the Bala branch. What a surprise to see him there! Jennifer explained the problem with the phone app, deposited the problem check, and gave me a tutorial on how to deposit a check at an ATM with my bank card and talked me through it. Throughout most of our banking history, we have always been living check to check. With Social Security we have finally been able to breathe a little. Our banking issues have been huge to us but small potatoes to the bank (usually under $200.) yet the service through the years has been always patiently researched, respectful and with satisfactory outcomes. It was wonderful to see Lewis again and to meet Jennifer for the first time and feel that the same great service we have received for 30 years or so continues with representatives of Firstrust like Jennifer. Thank you!
