  Very rude the costumer service, very difficult for the bank to confirm that the client issued a check. I promised not to return.

  I would give them no stars if I could or negative 5 stars. This is the worst bank to deal with. I don't know how they can pay their rent. Recommended two buyers to get a loan from them and they were both a nightmare. Been doing Real Estate for 25 years and have dealt with multiple lenders. Had to refer them because this is one of the only banks that does loans in the community they wanted to buy in. Took forever to close and so many mistakes. Stay far away.

  I love this bank, very kind people, I have many years with them and I don’t have no complaints, they are very professional and they are there to help you. Every time I go there they treat me and I feel like a family. Thanks 1 Bank

  Thanks to first bank. In Deerfield. Beach Florida they did a outstanding. Job in helping me. To buy my home. They are very perfectional thank you to all the staff member. Especially maryann Brady. She went to the end to help me . I personally recommend the First bank. In Deerfield Beach Florida..

  Worst costumer service ever. They don't feel like working in this place, no matter which Teller, every single one will be slow, rude and super disrespectful. I have my business account in this bank, and I pass by the location that I'm closest when on the road, and this is the worst of them all.

  1st bank Deerfield-Puerto Rico "WORST BANK".. got a mortgage from them took 2.1/2 months and they would not fund, when it was suppose to be done by law.
