  I have had nothing but good experiences with this bank. I have had people from the bank call me to inform me about possible fraud alert on my debit card and quickly took care of the issue. I am a travel nurse so many times I am in different areas other than Muskogee. I have never had a problem accessing my money anywhere. So glad that I bank here 😀

  I absolutely love this bank. The staff are friendly and the service is great! We've been members here for a couple of years and have experienced both technical issues and teller mistakes. Both were corrected with no issues and if the mistakes happened to fall on the weekend, they would reverse any NSF fee we may have gotten. Not many banks will do that (especially if it's a teller mistake) before it is investigated. My family have been banking here since it was First National and they insisted I come to the same bank. My two year old son loves playing with the lego table whenever we have to stop by and the online banking is easy and convent especially since they have an app. It makes keeping track of my bill payments and finances a million times easier.   Stood in line in the lobby for 5 minutes and nobody cared to even say hi. No other customers were in the lobby. Done with this bank.
