  Is there any way you guys can update your ATM machine. It doesn't take cash deposits..its a feature I used a lot with my old bank. The ATM machine looks like it was installed in the 90's. I used to bank with Wells Fargo but switched to First Star when we relocated to Tulsa since Wells Fargo is not here.

  Hi Courtney, Our Tulsa ATM was purchased in 2014 when the branch opened and it is scheduled to be replaced this fall. Unfortunately, the new machine will not have the ability to accept cash deposits. With fewer customers using cash and high demand for mobile deposit, we have allocated our resources for mobile capability. The good news is that we do have the ability to accept your cash deposits 24/7. Deposits can be dropped in our night depository at any time. We ask that you place the cash along with a deposit slip in a sealed envelope. The deposit will be processed first thing the following business day when the tellers arrive at 7:30 a.m. While most envelopes will fit in the night depository without need for a key; if you have a large cash deposit, please visit our tellers and we will be happy to supply you with a key and zipper bag. I hope this solution will work well for you. We appreciate your business!

  I needed to caah a check drawn on firststar bank. Since the check was.for 3,000 i called and talked to a very.nice person and she assured me i.could cssh it through the drive through because the lobby was closed when i arrived. When i got to the drive through the girl who was on her cell phone told me she could not cash it and i would habe to come back tomarrow and go in the lobby. I then told her i had called and was told i could she said im the only girl here and i would have taken the call and she dont remember taking that call. Basicly implying i had lied so i asked to speak with zomeome pther than herself and she told me nobody else was there. Very rude

It sounds like the person who answered the phone should have asked more questions and we will use this situation to better train our staff. Second, it is unfortunate in this day and age that fraud is so rampant which affects honest people like you who simply need to cash a check. We do have strict procedures when non-customers bring in a high-dollar check. Sadly, the criminals make things much harder for all of us. I am sorry that our procedures caused this inconvenience for you. I want to assure you that we will be happy to take care of you when we open the lobby today at 8:30 a.m. We appreciate you letting us know about our service failures so we have the opportunity to make corrections.   Came to open an account and the head teller said he would wait til 5:05 and that was it. I got there at 5:06 and he told me he took the call and too bad the bank closed at 5. I've never been treated that disrespectful before and would never recommend this bank to anybody!!
