  Trying to get a loan is nearly impossible. Communication is almost non-existent, could never get ahold of the person working our loan, she never returned calls and rarely returned emails. Something that shouldve taken 1 or 2 days, turned into WEEKS. We gave up on her and ended up going through a different bank and got what we needed done in ONE DAY.

  Young lady who assisted me with a new debit card, fraudulent activity, was not friendly, she did not smile nor thanked me for being a customer. ( customer Over 23 years)

  Pleasant staff and decor. The drive through ATM has plenty of space unlike the one at sherman that has a huge pot hole! Free cookies and drinks and apparently they'll send faxes for free although I've never needed that.

  The building is very nice and so are the people inside. I usually am just making a deposit but everyone is always smiling and polite. The lines always move fast and never had problems .
