  I went to create a checking account yesterday and tried to download the app and comes to find out the banker put in my birthday wrong and it showed I was only a few months old and she had my drivers license right in front of her! I now have to wait until Monday to go back up there so they can fix it.

  Was with them for over 15 years and then the bank closed our account with not much notice. We weren't able to notice within the couple days it happened. Then when we saw it was closed, we went to right our wrongs and there was nothing they could do it was already too long. Don't know how that works but literally my only complaint. Also, they don't make it easy to ask questions if you are un-informed about topics on money. Was kinda of disheartened because we do struggle and needed someone to just be understanding. Now we have this situation which kind of turns me off to their whole big branch name they are forming..

  The slowest of all 1st united banks. If you come to the drive through be prepaired for at least 30mins.... Not because they are busy. But because they are just rediculously slow. Been banking with them for years. They have lots of "system problem" seems to last for days too. If you dont have to come by avoid this location... And look for another branch. Maybe a totally different bank.

  Can't stand any of them manager or associates! My sister in law was trying to put my money in a account for me due to me having my child, yes she has a disability and not only were they rude to her and wouldn't help her with the money, but as she was leaving money in hand bye the way, they then proceeded to openly mauk and laugh as she walked out the door! I'm calling corporate office someone needs told off!

  I don’t go in this particular branch a lot. As little as I do, they call me by name and I appreciate that. They are super friendly and very efficient.

  Worst branch of them all, closed my account completely with First United because of the young Indian lady and her horrible customer service!

  Banks tellers say one thing that is totally different from what their boss/supervisors say. Immensely disappointed in their total lack of professionalism.
