      Their atm ate my card and a woman claiming to be a manager said she is able to retrieve it but would not do so.

      This isn't the bank it used to be. Over the years our business and personal accounts have gone through these doors- multiple home loans. Savings. Etc The old lady here... (Mary) Well. She sucks. She has turned the local banking experience into one I dread. I have had multiple negative transactions with her. I am considering closing all of our accounts.

      I have had a good experience @ FSCB, with Kevin Boren, he went above excellent customer service for my first home loan. However the second home loan @ The Festus location to refinance was not very well professionally done. After being a very good customer I was very disappointed in the refinancing department @ the Festus location.

      They are SUPPOSED to be open till 5pm, but I pulled up to the drive thru window at 4:57pm and they was ALREADY CLOSED!!! They HAVE to honor their hours! They can't just close early so they can get outta there early... That's rediculous!
