  We love First Service Bank! Their customer service is second to none. Savannah is our go to girl! She goes above and beyond anytime I call her location. She’s always got the best attitude and is quick to resolve my issues. Everyone is always so helpful but I love being able to call and ask specifically for Savannah. She knows who I am, what I’m usually needing before I even ask, and she makes sure everything I’m doing goes as smooth as possible. Shout out to FSB for being the best Arkansas Based Bank and for hiring such gems to work for them! Much love ❤️

  Tosha is so so SO great! She has been wonderful to me! She is happy to help with anything you ask and make everything super easy & comfortable. My credit wasn't the best and I needed a loan to buy a car, but with the help of her and Darla, they made it happen!!! Great people, great perks to banking there!

  First Service Bank has always been good to me. The ladies behind the desk are always so kind and helpful. I love being able to use the video tellers after normal business hours! Definitely recommend using this bank!

  Had a crazy fluke of a situation happen over the weekend and a lot of money was taken out of my acct. i had been going back and forth with the company who over charged my acct for 2 days and got nowhere with them. I called the Clinton Branch and spoke with Tasha DeShazo and within a couple of hours she had the situation taken care of. She kept me in the loop about what she was doing the whole time. Above and beyond service from her!

  I’ve been banking with First Service Bank for almost 3 years and their customer service is excellent. April Collins at the Clinton Branch is terrific! Recently I opened a new account and April helped me step by step in setting up all the features the bank offers online and through your mobile device. I give this bank 5 stars!

  I have been a First Service customer for years, but yesterday Stephanie Jacks went above and beyond to take care of me! After receiving a text message alerting me of a fraudulent charge on my debit card, Stephanie looked into it for me and then arranged for me to be able pick up a new debit card at another branch because I was out of town! Thank you Stephanie! You are simply amazing!

  Always professional, personable, & helpful. Darla McJunkins has helped me tremendously even though I kept forgetting things, procrastinated, & just didn't know what I was doing. Darla was a tremendous help as well as the other staff I have dealt with.
