      This bank has no consistency in its operation. Moved from out of state and have had nothing but problems with this bank and opening an account. Mobile deposit changed for depositing a check within two weeks. Must find another bank that has some resemblance of decent management.

      I usually bank at the drive-thru bank or the ATM. The service is speedy and precise, and friendly! When Sam is with me (our Yellow Lab), the teller gives him a treat at the drive-thru bank. I have banked at First Security for nearly 7 years!

      I have banked with 1st Security since I opened up my first bank account at the age of 18. My dad banked with them when I was just a small child. I’ve always had great service and everyone is friendly and courteous. Love my bank.

      I just closed out all accounts with FS Bank and opened new accounts with Centennial Bank. The people are nice at FS Bank until you get an insufficient charge then they are as rude as can be while you're paying it!!! Well, one in particular... Melissa Ervin. She is the only one who was ever rude. Not to mention they don't open until 9am. I need to bank by 8am most days.

      The people that work in this bank is so rude I'll never go back there. I have multiple accounts with first security bank this makes me want close them all.
