Tina Iverson1Normally I don't have a issue But this morning the teller Michelle was down right RUDE I go in to cash a check and put some in savings. Well she just put it all in savings with out even looking at amount. Told her what I wanted in savings and before I could say how I wanted the rest in cash she continues to do what she wants. Told her again what I wanted and she gets an attitude. Will definitely not let her wait on me again

Katelyn Marion5I have banked here my entire life- even when I lived in other cities and while I was traveling abroad. Online banking and the mobile banking app made that possible and very easy. The extended hours through video banking are likewise very convenient! I also recently worked with the lending side for the first time. Erin was very helpful and thoughtful in answering all of my many questions as I went through the process of buying my first home. I'm very happy with how everything worked out!

Dirk Morrow1I got sick and tired of the technical issues, I got screwed over on the balance changed literally in front of my eyes shortly after labor day. Another problem was convenience, I work 7am to 3 pm monday thru Friday, so if I get an overdraft, I'm screwed because the bank goes on the next business day at 3pm. WHICH GIVES ME NO TIME TO GOTO THE BANK TO FIX THE OVERDRAFT WITH A DEPOSIT. So today I closed everything out, So Goodbye First Security, I'm willing to bet Wells Fargo would be more willing work with me more than This Bank. Their 1 technical issues, 2nd They go on the next business day at 3pm, and 3rd wont even work with you if you call in telling them you cant make it by 3 pm to deposit money in my account to avoid the $30.00 overdraft. all 3 sux, This bank sux. If your looking for a Bank dont pick this one , Keep Shopping. Goodriddens....DM
Response from the ownerThank you for taking the time to comment. While we can’t discuss customer information on a public forum like this, we would like to point out that ending the business day at 3 p.m. or earlier is standard across the banking industry and is done so we can begin processing the deposits and withdrawals each branch receives throughout the day. We pride ourselves on personal service, and we try to find solutions for individual circumstances. We aren’t aware of any technical issues regarding the Labor Day holiday, but if you’d like to contact us directly we can look into that for you.

Rachel “Pontiac Crazy 123”1So sick of all their technical issues. Got double charged for my atm withdrawals on Tuesday and now it's Friday and can't login to my account because they are having more "technical issues" according to the bank rep. But if I'm $3 overdrawn in my account I get a $30 charge asap. Maybe I should start charging them $30 everytime I can't access my account! switching banks! Have been a customer for 21 years. I'm done!
