  It feels like home every time I go to First Savings Bank. I love the way the friendly staff always greets me by name when I enter. I also appreciate the fact that there are no long lines. My bank business is always completed quickly and efficiently, allowing me to continue on with my day.

  Had to go yesterday, I was told by Mrs. Sellers to remove my mask !!! Rude. No masks worn in bank. Ridiculous! Let me clarify since you are trying to make it different than it was, it was not for identification, it was so she could hear me better. Only one wearing a mask was teller and hers was off when I left. I think your safety protocol must be a personal decision, not a professional one. So to clarify, She did help me, actually it was Crystal who helped me ( very professional ). My point is, we are in a pandemic and your branch does not honor that.

  We respect your decision to wear a mask and are saddened to hear that you did not feel that respect during your recent visit. Unfortunately, the nature of our business and need to identify customers does sometimes necessitate our staff request customers to temporarily remove masks while performing transactions in our branch lobbies. We would like to note that drive thru services are available at this location if you’d prefer not to go inside the bank lobby during your next visit.
