  As first time home buyers working with Whitney at First Northern was a dream. The process was stress-free from the application all the way through closing. They were more than willing to hop on the phone or respond to my many emails to talk through every newbie question I had. Every time I reached out I had a response within a few hours which in this market really helped us be successful. Their rates were also the best I could find which made it even better.

  I went to First Northern around September for my first auto loan. Mandy had made it a painless process and jumped right into making sure I was beyond well taken care of and made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly.   Whitney worked with my son and I for almost a year and was very helpful and always had answers for us. We will definitely go back to Whitney and her team at First Northern Bank if we have the need to buy another home and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a house.

  Recently refinanced a home with Shiann. We were very pleased with all of her service. We ran into some road blocks and she was both a great problem solver, and very open to suggestions from us to get over hurdles. We were not always on-top of everything, but she was always patient and encouraging and really, just a pleasure to work with. Thanks Shiann!

  We pulled into the drive thru lane at 17:27 to find it CLOSED. We called ahead to make sure we had time to get there, drove 36 miles and are now out of fuel because they closed early.
