  The place is under new management, and it's a definite step up. Friendly and personable, and best of all, humane. When you're down on your luck they might turn you away, but you won't feel the worse for it. To save you some time there are a few things they won't take: Phones, Leathers, Art Still pretty tight with the purse strings, but who isn't anymore? Don't expect to get what you paid for something, only a percentage, and you'll walk away happy. On the retail side: check back.

  If you're looking for power tools or outdoor equipment it pays to take a look at what they have as they can probably save you some money. I've purchased some window A/C units and a few cordless tools and they've always stood behind them if any problems.

  All but 1 or 2 employees are Lazy and insulting. Just a bunch of clock watchers. Prices are outrageous. Was Looking at a tool that looked like it been drug down the highway behind a car for bout 50 miles. They wanted 95% of new price. Needless to say I just bought a new one elsewhere. What they offer you for items that your selling is insulting. This pawnshop does not qualify as a joke.

  worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I do not recommend this business to anyone whatsoever. there needs to be some oversight or supervision, but tomto unfair and dishonest deals with the people in our community is only hurting us not helping us

  Dude at the counter was chill but offered me $60 for a brand new PS4 slim. I know they gotta make a profit but get outta here.....

  First national pawn is now last national pawn in my eyes..... they buy anything worth value... my ass.... they buy what they feel like and dont take most valuable items you bring them... then to top it off.... they smash your nuts by offering you mearly pennies for your valuables that they barely buy..... i walked through thier store before i said i was going sell my items and looked at thier prices....i seen the prices they put on items similar to mine.... if you put their mark up price in a percentage.... i would say they mark it up 75% after they barely buy it from you.... they have plenty of room in thier huge store that looks so bare.... and they cant even take my valuables...... they are rude... insulting.... lazy ... employees that need to do thier job... running a pawn shop takes intelegence and hard work.. you have to build a reputation of excellence to survive the pawn buisiness ... and the idiots that cant wait for the clock out clock to hit six so they they can split.... just aint got what it takes at...( last pawns).. miles city's joke of a pawn shop...

  I always find something good and they usually negotiate with me real well on prices.

  I love the crew there & u get the best deals in town. You couldn't ask for a better place to get a small lone or a screaming deal on just about anything.
