Response from the ownerThank you for bringing this to our attention, Cindy. While it is unlikely the bills you received from our branch were counterfeit, we would like to confirm their authenticity. Please bring the bills in question to the branch where we can further investigate them.

Aaron Lockhart1My wife was a customer of First National Bank for several years. At one point, she asked them to remove overdraft "protection" from her account, which they stated they had done. Later, we find out, after having *hundreds* of dollars of fees assessed to us out of nowhere that the overdraft "protection" for debit cards is a separate feature and must be cancelled separately and had not be done so along with the other overdraft "protection" previously. It wasn't just overdraft fees which piled up but also fees for not having enough in the account to cover the new fees. Oh, and those newest fees...they generated more fees too. Eventually, First National Bank ran up close to $500.00 in fees solely involving transactions with itself (as we had stopped using the account altogether months before this.) Speaking with the bank did not help to resolve any of the issues. No one we spoke with seemed at all to care and no one was in any way approaching helpful. First National Bank then proceeded to harass my wife for money, going as far as tracking her down on social media to invade her life there when constant phone calls and multiple daily letters weren't enough. Furthermore, being a member of the global Banking Cartel, First National Bank finally decided to employ their fried Telechex, which resulted in the one usable bank account we had to maintain our survival being shut down. Now, our only source of funds is in electronic limbo, all courtesy of First National Bank of Livingston. This bank is predatory and does nothing to serve the "community" of which is it part. I would avoid this place at all costs if you value your funds.

Joseph Smith1This has to be the slowest bank that I have ever done business with. On a good day, I'm in and out in 10 minutes. On a bad day, I'm waiting in the teller line outside for 30 minutes. And this isn't even a personal account. It's for the business i work for. I used to work at a bank as a teller so i understand why sometimes it might take a moment to process items, but for a business account to only have one lane and take 30 minutes to process a $5.40 deposit is just mind numbing. Something needs to change with this bank, and soon

Asa Eyaf1This is the worst location to come through the drive thru. These tellers DO NOT listen and apparently can't read first problem I send my check in to be deposited the guy tells me my check isn't for the amount that is written on the check and today I send my check in to be deposited with cash back and the girl just puts the money throughout our accounts as she feels. This location is horrible. I will drive out of my way to the big bank from now on.
