  The bank itself is a good bank, but those tellers just don't listen, deposit my checks and pay house payment. Ummm no they paid my truck loan instead of the house. This happens every other week... maybe get some new ladies that actually listen and that don't take 23 mins.

  They are rude to anyone under the age of 25 and if you have bad credit be prepared to not be able to use an atm or accesses your money because not only do they require you to have over a 600 credit score but you have to get a background check and all this information is presented to the board who then decide if you are worthy of a debit card. And I would understand if you had overdraft protection, however they don't even offer it. And say you decide you don't want to bank there anymore, I hope you have fun prying teeth to get your money back.

  Horrible customer service and will not let you withdraw more than $5000 a day, which is a huge deal when you need the money.
