  If you feel that you ever need a break from a mistake with your checking, DO NOT join up at The First National Bank. Recently I accidentally pulled a payment from a credit card payment from the wrong checking account (because of the default and me not being careful). I was given an overdraft penalty of $148.00, even though I saw the mistake the same day that it happened and transferred the money into the account. I accept the responsibility that I wasn't being careful. I never did this before. I called the local branch and was told that there would be no consideration for my mistake. I wrote the bank a friendly email and was sent back a company answer, you know one that is already written and the person just hits send. No personal touches. Nobody willing to hear my story. Just a GUILTY and YEAH we get your $148.00. I would like to have been considered as a "one strike and I'm out" but look who won the game.

  If your looking for a crooked bank this is it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. I left this bank 10 years ago and never been back. They still owe me 200 dollars

  Only bank ive ever used . had minimal issues over course of 20yrs . ive heard local complaints but personally don't have any issues .
