  We have financed loans with Michelle Becker at 1st National Bank several times. She is very knowledgeable in her field and so helpful to her clients. There is a reason I continually refer friends and family to First National and Michelle when they are ready to buy a home or refinance and is listed in my phone as #1 Banker.

  As a first-time home owner I was always told, "It is vital to find a good bank as a lender. It can make or break your offer on a house." After going through the entire process, I quickly learned that to be true. I feel so fortunate to have had First National Bank as my lender, but especially fortunate to have worked alongside Michelle. Her excellent customer service and quick response was vital in this crazy housing market. Additionally, while signing for our house, the sellers relator keep raving about the ease of working with Michelle and the bank. I cannot be more pleased with my experience!   This has been my bank my whole life and have been dealing with many of the same people for the majority of that time. All the tellers know me by name and are extremely helpful. I have recommended them to many. I do not like the fact that they have removed the drive-thru option at both garden city locations and would like to see them come back. I would rather not have to deal with a machine when just wanting to run by for things that I used to not have to get out of my car for. Overall I love the people that work here and would like to continue doing business here for years to come
