Clarissa Adamczyk1Woman who answered phone around 11am on 4/14/2022, was SO rude and unprofessional. Unbelievable… don’t bank with FNB. Sorry, no disrespect intended but If employees can act like this, how can we trust this bank? M&T is by far the best!

Nick Warner1Worst bank experience I've ever had. Terrible customer service over the phone. If your military or a military spouse STAY AWAY from this bank. I've had my card blocked more than 6 times in a month even when I filled out an authorization form for using my debit card in different countries. I would highly recommend using a different bank no matter who you are.

Patricia Benton1I have had MULTIPLE problems with online banking not working correctly or not working AT ALL over the past few years. When I call the main call-center, I am put on hold for 20 or more minutes. If it were not so difficult to change all of our automatic bill paying I would switch banks in a heartbeat.

Marie Conway1The absolute worst banking experience ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service if you can even call it that. I should clarify that my experience was over the telephone and anytime I used this branch location the service was fine. Had my debit cards stolen and I called and spoke with someone @ 4 in the morning. Was told my cards were turned off. Called again at 8 the man I spoke with said he was not sure who I spoke to but they were still active. He assured me he would close the cards. He gave me incorrect info about my one acct. This is only halfway thru the experience and it got worse.

jrodgersjr3Update 12/27/18: I went in to the office and they were able to remove the charges right away as a courtesy. I was able to then close out my account without incident. The lady up front was understanding and helpful. Please note, there is a $37 fee at the time of this writing for overage and $12 fee for every 3 days it is over. Still closing the account and leaving 3 stars for the hassle I had while deployed. 12/26/18: I haven't used this bank account for 10 months since the last incident I had where they wouldn't remove a pay hold on that was only supposed to be one month (mortgage lender charged twice) because the clerk who set it up, did so for 6 months. So now my mortgage wasn't going to be paid because of their mistake. They said the only way I could remove it was for both my wife and I to come in and sign papers removing the hold. Which I explained I couldn't because I was deployed to Korea at the time. They said they couldn't lift the hold because I needed to be there and there is nothing they could do.when I got back I moved my money to a new bank and only left $2 sitting in this bank. Fast forward to 10 months later ebay accidentally charged this bank instead of my new one for $3. I received a $37 dollar overage charge (for only being over $1!!!!) I called the bank they said they will submit the claim for a refund of the $37 but there was no guarantee. They submitted the claim and said it could take two days, Now on day two, the bank charged another $10 for the account being over, even though I was told by them to wait to see if I get the refund. Now they want $47 for a $1 overdraft!!! I just submitted a check through there instant mobile deposit to get me out of the overage but was told it will take another day for that to clear because the account was in overage. So I will probably be charged another $10 for the account being over, even though I deposited a check that should have been instant (so their statement claims). Bringing my total due to them to $56 for a $1 over draft!! I'm so glad I left this bank. But it looks like they are giving me one last FU before I close the account for good.

Michael Tarbert1Very poor customer service! I've been a customer since 2009 and recently overdrafted my account for the first time due to me making my credit card payment with the wrong bank account. I called to see if I could get a one time forgiveness, and I was told sorry we only do that if it's the Banks error. Completely ridiculous. I told the lady well I guess I Will be making a phone call to corporate to try to resolve this matter. Then finish the phone call with I will be in as soon as possible to close my account. She just says thank you have a nice day. I'm sorry, but that is not how you treat a customer. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Worst bank ever!

Elias Georgaras1The ATMs are down almost 100% of the time. Including both the drive-thru and foyer/lobby. Actively seeking another bank to handle my personal and business accounts.

Cito Rosales1Worst bank ever! Stay away. They slipped in after buying Metro bank. Added a bunch of fees. And started charging ppl for dumb stuff. Absolutely the worst bank! Wish I can give negative stars! I'm dead serious.
