cornelius moore11. Walked in the bank to the teller window and was not greeted with a "Hello! Welcome to ...." Or even a "Good Morning" I was addressed "He can I hello you?" The teller never looked up at me! I actually asked her hkw she was doing! 2. I witnessed another young lady walk up to the teller window and the drive through employees looked at her and didn't move to help her! Where is the customer service? #Trainingisessential

Shannon Jackson1My bank account has been hacked on more than one occasion and I have been told it’s my issue to handle, while at the same time they keep charging me an over draft fee for the charges I did not do. Don’t bank here.

Kimberly Nance1Waited for 30 minutes in drive thru. Only one car ahead of me, no one else in line and they had 2 people working. Going to the bank for a business and only have a certain amount of time to wait for change. Ridiculous.
