  The customer service here is excellent! I would especially like to thank Christy and John for recently in working with me to get my things taken care of. I would never have been able to do this alone. This has been a very difficult and emotional time for me and if not for them I don't know what I would have done.   I received the worst customer service I ever had at this bank a couple of days ago. I went to the bank because my card was locked but instead of unlocking it, they kept sending me in circles. It was incredibly frustrating that these people worked at this bank for years, they had training but yet they couldn't fix a simple problem. I had to come up with the solution myself, I had to do their job for them lol

  i went into open a bank account. waited about 30 minutes to be seen. and when i was seenthe banker refused to open an account because it was 2:15. after i was there for more then 30 minutes waiting... jut wasted my time here!

  This bank has the BEST service of any bank in the United States. I hope they never sell out to any larger corporate bankIng system. I trust them to handle all transactions with care and thoughtfulness.
