      Excellent bank. I've had personal and small business accounts with them since they were First Minnetonka City State Bank in 1978. Their ATM card is a less expensive alternative to credit cards to access foreign currency when travelling. They helped me on the phone when in Istanbul. They hire good people. We're fortunate to have them in our community.

      Terrible policies when it comes to trying to deposit checks I had to give up and go elsewhere, I've been a customer for over 20 years doesn't matter a bit to anyone there they just want to waste your time. Take your business elsewhere as they seem to be taking after Wells Fargo in providing poor customer service.

      FMCB has been our bank for approx. 14 years and we couldn't be more pleased. We don't live in the immediate area anymore but their excellent service and great remote product offerings it hasn't been a problem. We thank you all at FMCB for keeping the small town service in todays world.

      I have never had worst service in my life. After trying to contact a manager for a complaint they hung up on me and refused to give me the head office number to make a complaint. I am very disappointed as I have been dealing with this bank for a while now but I would not refer any one to them at all.

      NEVER bank here. Absolutely horrible and rude staff, they will scam you out of all your money. I’ve been fighting them for years to free up my funds. Please learn from my mistake, do not take your business here
