  Brenda Wagner is an AMAZING manager. She always helps me out to solve my problems. I feel confident to share my issues with her. Also, I like to see her constantly because she makes me feel like I know someone who cares. If there are more than five stars, I will give her more.

She also was a needed comforting listener as I vented on why I had to do that process ( Thank you Brenda, I know that is not part of your job description. However it was very comforting for me).   Providence Bank is the best bank in town! I would have been so lost without the very patient and detailed guidance their staff showed me during my loan process, and I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart and I felt very comfortable and confident applying for my first loan through this bank! I highly recommend, I’ve banked here for years and will continue doing so 💜

  First did not have the best service trying to resolve a problem with my 82 year old mother bank account...the person was very curt and rude, like we were bothering her because we were a small account...was ready to post scathing review but then Debbie stepped in. Her professionalism, patience and politeness was outstanding! She saved your bank from a one star review, take notice on how Debbie does her job...she was great, thanks again Debbie!
