      Feels like a local, community bank although it's a branch of a multi-state, publicly-trade institution. If you want the local feel of a community bank with resources of the big banks, this is a good choice. The folks at the Columbus branch know their customers. Even if they only see us a couple times a year they still remember us.

      This bank has really changed since they have gone 1st interstate not a home town bank.. No one can make a decision with out approval
