      I have been with them since I first went to college. They had a small branch in the Student Union building right on campus. If there was ever an issue, it was cleared up quickly. Over 16 years of good banking experiences. I am also very happy with their online banking.

      They reopened a closed account, overdrafted it $1500 then I found out after they sent me a letter showing the negative balance and several late fees on top of it. Employee at branch and customer service were rude and it took me countless hours to ‘rectify’, and I still had to come out of pocket to avoid collections. Worst bank I’ve ever had.

      Don't be disabled and have an account here. The branch manager, Shelly, was very rude, didn't have all the information on the phone, once confronted she just shrugs her shoulders.
