  We decided to change from an insurance company that we had for many years and didn't think it would be an easy process, as we have many policies. Service is important to us and to know who we are working with. Robert Truckor, Agent and Ethan Plummer, Personal Line Specialist at FIG made the switch so easy, we were clients in 5 days of inquiring. When my son (whom I referred to FIG) needed assistance, the person whom he would normally talk to was not available, I reached out to Amy Allen, in personal lines and she definitely OWNED and followed through with adding an additional vehicle! I would recommend First Insurance to family, friends and businesses in a heartbeat!

  Been with this company for years. They’ve always looked out for the best rates for me and notify me when they find them. My policy also covers glass. They had my windshield replaced immediately without any adjustments to my rates. Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you!

  Andy, Tim, and Pat are always very responsive with whatever issue arises, whether with policy renewal, policy changes, or God forbid, an insurance claim. That’s why I always give their names whenever someone I know is shopping for a new insurance policy.

  I've had my business insured through this agency for over 20 years. Here are the 2 major things that have impressed me to the point that I don't even consider looking for a new supplier: 1) Every year my agent, Andy, sets up a meeting with me to reevaluate my needs AND he reevaluates companies that can supply the insurance. I have had years where my premiums have actually gone down with my coverage remaining the same or increasing. 2) I have had to make a few claims. Each time it has been a positive, hassle-free experience. Insurance is one of those necessary, "non-fun" things. I do not have the time, nor the expertise, to evaluate my insurances. So, hire a good person/company, and let them do their job.
