  Omg I use to like Iberia bank but now that they've changed to first horizon it sucks now when I deposit my check on Friday's it doesn't deposit until the following Tuesday when all before the change from Iberia bank it would deposit right away

  I have never seen such slow service through a drive through. It is terrible, every time! I am the second car in line and have been here almost 15 minutes, and the other four lanes haven't moved either.)

  The service is so bad over here, I have changed banks. I had been a customer for years with Teche but as soon as Iberia took over, the service went in the toilet. The tellers are very rude and the wait time is incredibly long.

  I called once and got hung up on. I called back a second time and they answered the phone laughing. got placed on hold several times, they were rude and unprofessional the entire duration of the call.
