  We just closed our second loan with Heather and her team, and she did a phenomenal job yet again. We are both self-employed, so our finances are not the typical salaried structure, and we had to do a lot of extra steps to get the loan to work, but we never doubted Heather's ability to make it happen before our closing date. She went through several options with us and found us the best one that was available to our situation. Heather is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and really cares about her clients - we did not feel like "another transaction" to her at all! 100% would recommend again and again and often do recommend her to my clients (I'm a real estate agent)!

  Heather is just amazing to work with. We recently refinanced our mortgage with her and she made it a very pleasant experience. She has an in-depth understanding of finance and walked us through at every step of the process with a high ethical standard and absolute professionalism. This was our third experience with Heather and every time she has surpassed our expectations. We are very thankful to her!!!!!

  Heather was great. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Her staff is just as helpful and friendly. She helped me refinance and made the whole process very easy. I should have done it a couple of years ago!

  We had the best experience with Heather Devoto and her team at First Home Mortgage. She came highly recommended from our agent, and we can see why. She was extremely thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood every step of the process. She even set aside an additional hour the week of our closing just to make sure I understood every line in the financial documents. Trust is something you definitely want when making a large financial decision, and we really felt cared for and looked after. Heather has a great team of people who also made us feel comfortable throughout the home-buying process. Tori and Lisa are great - so communicative and personable - they even helped us research some questions when we couldn't find them ourselves.
