      I had a very pleasant experience. The 3 people that dealt with me were courteous and professional. I needed to get some paperwork completed for my pension direct deposit and also to wire some money across country. They were very patient and efficient and I never felt rushed.

      Last teller was rude and obnoxious and treated me like I was stupid.. Just for inquiring on an account and trying to cash a check. Terrible credit union for any kind of normal bank stuff you can do any where else.

      I do not recommend this credit union to any Baltimore County employees and will be making sure I tell all of my colleagues that I work with. They have been so unwilling to accommodate people especially during a pandemic. The people who work there have no communication skills and are just plain rude.

      I don't know what happened to First Financial I've had an account with them since I was about 14 years old but recently the service has gone down hill and quickly. Thinking I should take most of my money elsewhere.
