      Professional, knowledgeable and friendly bank officers and all employees. They worked very hard to get our loan processed at the lowest rate available in a timely manner. Our loan officer kept us updated and aware of needed info as we progressed through the process. We don't need a loan mortgage very often but we would recommend First Financial services and we would go to them first.

      Nice people, but, unfortunately not very competent. They promised they could open a business account for my out-of-state company. They did open it, but closed next day, because they realized they are not allowed to do that. Wasted 1+ hour of my time and delayed planned transactions.
