You have to get darn near naked to be able to enter this branch. They have metal detectors that lock you in the door way. All the metal detectors will do for the tellers, is give them a false sense of security. No other bank I've been to in my life has ever had that!

I'm glad to hear that Scott the branch manager is so great for everyone who isn't experiencing the problems that I and many others are experiencing. I have had now four $37 dollar charges to my account due to online application errors or shut down. When I called and spoke with Kristen she told me Mainsource bank was doing things "wrong" she wasn't going to argue with me and said goodbye without waiting for me to say anything back hung up the phone. I am upset and feeling dumped by First Financial.
